AO South is seeking dedicated individuals to support veterans, labor union members, credit union members, and their families in navigating life insurance and accidental benefit options. As a Remote Assistance Specialist, youll play a key role in securing the coverage that protects their loved ones and legacies, all while working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

• Make daily calls to warm leads from our extensive membership database
• Assess members' financial needs and explain the benefits of supplemental insurance products
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high retention rates
• Support members throughout the application process, addressing questions and providing timely updates
• Assist members after policy placement, including policy reviews and claims support
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in life insurance sales

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using computers with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
• Competitive and results-oriented
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Coachable with the ability to implement feedback
