Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled Landlord-Tenant Attorney to join our expanding legal team in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will represent property managers, landlords, and homeowners' associations (HOAs) in intricate legal issues, contributing significantly to our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for clients in various legal scenarios, including both plaintiff and defense cases, with a focus on breach of contract matters.
  • Lead all facets of litigation, from pre-trial discovery and motion practices to trial preparation and court representation.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to devise effective legal strategies aimed at securing favorable outcomes.
  • Manage a balance of remote work and occasional travel for in-person trials in key locations such as Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino, and Riverside.
