Job Description :

Our client, based in Minnetonka, MN, is seeking motivated, sales-driven individuals to join their team. This role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and excellent bonus potential-all from the comfort of your home after completing onsite training.

Key Details:

  • Training: Onsite from Tuesday to Friday during the first week. Equipment will be provided, and the role becomes 100% remote thereafter.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Make up to 100 calls per day using an auto dialer.
    • Engage in outbound calls on behalf of MedTech, United Healthcare, and other B2B brands, including Fortune 500 companies.
    • Conduct peer-to-peer, conversational outreach with decision-makers at hospitals, medical facilities, and other businesses to assess their interest in products and services.
    • Roles include customer service, collections, consumer calling, or telesales. Note: This is not a high-pressure sales environment.

Additional Information:

  • Zoom interview: Monday, 1/27 @ 3:30pm EST
  • Pay: $16/hour + weekly bonuses ranging from $100 to $300.
  • Schedule: Flexible! Choose your own schedule, working a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the option to increase up to 40 hours.
  • Temp-to-Hire: Transition to permanent employment after 620 hours.
  • Start Date: Tuesday, 01/28
  • Background check required
