Remote Laboratory Site Manager Opportunity!
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Laboratory Site Manager to serve as the main point of contact for all laboratory sites. The successful candidate will manage site-related activities, resolve issues and enquiries, perform data entry, resolve data discrepancies, and handle data transfers. This role reports to the Global Lead.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate information and results with the Project Manager.
+ Manage all incoming site/project-related questions.
+ Release and manage reports.
+ Handle data discrepancies.
+ Coordinate referral shipment activities with the Project Manager.
+ Enter lab results into the system.
+ Set up scientists with system access.
+ Provide administrative support to the Project Management team.
+ Train new team members.
+ Archive relevant documents and data.
Essential Skills
+ 2 years of industry experience in clinical research or a related field.
+ Life Science degree.
+ Knowledge of medical laboratory and clinical processes.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
+ Experience with laboratory research.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in project coordination.
+ Strong administrative support skills.
Work Environment
This position is fully remote, working day shifts within a smaller team. The company is European-owned, offering great employee benefits and a positive working environment. You will enjoy 11 paid holidays and 6 vacation days while on contract.
