You'll be:• Handling inbound calls from customers, researching and resolving inquiries in hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss.• Actively listening to customer concerns while resolving their issues.• Understanding each customer's unique challenges, proactively solving them, and providing expert advice to prevent future challenges.• Participating in special projects, assuming new responsibilities, and adjusting priorities as requested.• Engaging in a robust paid training environment to learn the business, systems, policies, and effective customer engagement strategies.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:• Have a minimum 6 months of call center experience (REQUIRED)• Have a minimum high school diploma or GED.• Have strong attention to detail.• Possess excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.• Can adapt well to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.• Can think outside of the box to resolve problems.• Can multitask using technology, including call handling, loan level review, and call documentation.What happens next:Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
