The following challenges await you:

* Partner with the VP, Sales and travel with the salesforce to support efforts to convert prospects to purchase Mirragen bioactive glass products.

* Work with the Head of Surgical to identify opportunities for the sale of MirraSurg in the US.

* Work with the Sales trainer to create and execute excellent training materials for salesforces, distributors, and customers.

* Work with marketing to develop and implement an encompassing and inclusive road map for promotional plans, customer journeys, collateral creation, and brand management.

* Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the wound care product landscape.

* Prepare the bio-active glass forecasts, analyze trends and the effect of determined competitive strategies.

* Collaborate with regulatory affairs to navigate approvals and certifications for new and existing products.

* Collaborate with R&D and logistics to define product specifications and features.

Your Profile:

* BS/BA in related discipline

* 3-5 years extensive experience in skin substitutes and wound care product management.

* 3-5 years of portfolio management that included annual business planning development.

* Prefer 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry.

* Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies

* Strong emotional intelligence.

* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

* Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and written skills.
