Salary: $150,000-$200,000

The Remote Employment Counsel Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Handle administrative charges and draft demand letters, negotiating settlements and resolutions as appropriate.

The Remote Employment Counsel Qualifications:

• 5-10 YOE in labor and employment, with a heavy focus on litigation.
• Must be barred in California, Texas, Alabama, or Georgia.
• Prior law firm experience required.
