An employer is hiring for two full-time Marketing Associate employees to join their growing organization. This will be an integral part of their marketing team, supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives and campaigns for their clients. Working closely with our Account Directors, you'll assist in executing comprehensive marketing plans across various channels, including content creation, social media management, email campaigns, event coordination, and more. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of their clients' marketing efforts and contributing to their growth journey. Responsibilities include: Collaborate with Account Directors to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms. Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list management and content creation. Support the planning and execution of events, both virtual and in-person. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior. Assist in the production of marketing materials, including blog posts, infographics, and presentations. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization. Serve as a point of contact for clients as needed, addressing inquiries and providing support. You will use tools like Slack, Monday. com, Figma, Webflow, Clockify, Hubspot, and Active Campaign. Experience in healthcare or a startupExperience with Hubspot, Active Campaign, Figma, Monday. com, Webflow, or Clockify Experience putting out press releasesExperience managing a corporate social mediaBachelors degree in Marketing or Communications 1-2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in a startup or healthcare environment)Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in social media management tools and email marketing platforms. Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving.
