Headquartered in Santa Monica, a healthcare company that operates a telemedicine platform for discounts on prescriptions, is looking to bring on 2 Media Planner resources onto their Sales and Revenue team. This team is looking to grow and scale in size in response to the increasing workload. Responsibilities include:- Create a media plan to achieve campaign objectives within the allocated budget.- Assisting the Sales team in digital media campaign planning and putting together strategic recommendations.- Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams and ensure accurate campaign details and excellent customer service.- Maintain accuracy of insertion orders within internal systems tool to reserve advertising space and is responsible for the accuracy of plan details and confirmation of delivery.- Aid in ensuring all media placements are impactful to our client's target audience.- Use digital media tools and resources as needed to research and plan client campaigns, including competitive analysis and site traffic and demographic.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience- 3+ years previous digital media experience.- Previous strategic media planning experience at a media/marketing agency (CMI Media Group, Havas Media Network, Publicis, OMD etc.)- Entry level experience with Excel (making charts, organization etc.)- Advanced experience with an OMS (Order Management System) placements.IO preferred (others are okay)- Experience evaluating and recommending strategy and placements for digital campaigns.- Experience with any BI Tool (Lookr is preferred)- Basic knowledge of advanced analytics and performance media.- Familiarity with marketing principles, analytics and concepts.- Well-developed problem-solving and communication skills.- Good knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools and best practices.- Experience negotiating with and managing digital vendors.- The ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
