Position Description: You will stand watch in the Remote Operations Center and monitor all installed company ESS systems worldwide. Conduct data analysis to include power unit performance, capacity cycles, state of charge/state of health of batteries, battery pack voltages, and input work orders as appropriate or provide immediate notifications should abnormal situations arise. • Follow all operating procedures/guidelines for the ROC Team and make recommendations for improvement. Adhere to ALL safety protocol and achieve or exceed goals, annually. • Learn critical skills related to field operations/maintenance to better understand onsite operations. • Perform remote site commissioning and acceptance testing as needed. • Rotate to assist in various areas of operations, engineering, administration, and manufacturing functions to gain a broader knowledge of the company's processes. • Provide troubleshooting, support and security monitoring to customers on as needed basis. • Provide feedback to product development and design engineering teams for hybrid systems. • Provide operational support for operational projects post COD Requirements: • 5+ years of combined work/college/trade school experience with an emphasis on electro-mechanical or related field experience. • Strong customer service skills and ability to professionally interface with customers. • Experience with data analysis, trend analysis and performance evaluations. • Effective communications both internally and externally to include presentations and training. • Must be able to pass background checks and drug screens, as required.
