  • Participate in comprehensive training focused on advanced sales techniques, finance, capital markets, and portfolio management.

  • Required Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales results.
  • Proficiency in both high-volume phone engagement and in-person client interactions.
  • Preferred: FINRA Series 65 or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

    Compensation And BenefitsThis is a commission-based role with a base salary starting at $100,000 (gradually stepping down). Your compensation package includes a percentage of estimated first-year management fees and ongoing income from new business. With uncapped performance-based earnings, there is potential for a 7-figure income, with average earnings typically reaching mid to high six figures within two years.
