Job Overview:
We are looking for a B2B Caller to join our team! This is a part-time remote position with a flexible schedule, offering $9/hr plus commission. You'll be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses and booking meetings with decision-makers. You will be provided with a virtual dialer, and all calls are recorded for quality assurance. Leads and sales materials will be available to you through CRM, and training will be provided.
- $250 sign-on bonus upon completing your first month.
- Paid 1-day orientation to help you get started and understand our processes.
Commissions:
- $20 for every qualified meeting booked.
- $100 commission for every sale made from your leads.
You have the freedom to make your own hours as long as the calls are made during regular workday hours in Eastern Time.
There is a lot of room for growth and bonus opportunities for high performers, and we ultimately hope to increase the hourly rate for those who excel in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold and warm calls to businesses, introducing our services (SEO, Website Optimization, etc.).
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information using the CRM where all leads and call materials are provided.
- Expected to make around 60 calls per shift, with the goal of 300 calls per week (20 hours).
Compensation:
- $9/hr for 20 hours per week.
- $20 per meeting booked.
- $100 commission for each sale made from your leads.
- $250 sign-on bonus after your first month.
- Paid 1 day orientation to familiarize you with the role and tools.
- Flexible hours – you can set your own schedule as long as it's during the workday (Eastern Time).
