Job Description
Our client is a leader in the Property Management solutions space. This role has overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects. The Project Manager will manage a combination of enterprise projects spanning multiple functional areas and smaller projects of varying scope and impact. The project manager will act as a liaison across the organization with a sharp focus on representing stakeholder interests within the larger context of the organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage multiple initiatives of varying size and scope impacting multiple business units and/or functions. Manage plan relative to scope, timeline, resource management
Quick to understand the fundamentals of a given project and the relative risk of each project component to overall success
Manage change within initiatives. Quantify impact, ensure stakeholders agree to impact and risk
Creates project documentation including scope, requirements, business cases, project plans, risk registers and mitigation plans
Communicate confidently on subject matter to illicit feedback and drive accountability
Estimates resource consumption, time and cost. Manages actuals, refines plan accordingly
Engage in stakeholder management. Develop status reports with the appropriate level of detail, including identifying risks and developing mitigation plans
Motivate team members and contractors, influence them to take positive action and accountability for their work

Skills and Requirements
7+ years in Project Management both Technology and Business/Operations projects
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Professional), MS Project, MS Visio, JIRA
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodology
Working knowledge of payments technology preferred
Strong communication/relationship/stakeholder management skills
Driver of timelines and deliverables
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously these range from 1-3 million each with 5-10 people on each project null
