Remote Solutions Architect - Insight Global : Job Details

An enterprise medical device company is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join their team remotely. This role's primary goal is supporting day-to-day business operations for Solution Deployment and Services enterprise systems. Primary Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operations for end users Develop and propose functional test scenarios and execute test cases, log defects and document output Owns test strategy for functional, regression & production smoke testing SupportsTechnical Product Owner on requirements, story grooming, refinement & definition Setup of test data, user provisioning, ensure data readiness for testing and stakeholder demos Demo completed user stories Create and maintain documentation for sprint and Service Efficiency support Support change management process end user training Support requirements gathering workshops and facilitate stakeholder alignment Answer questions from developers and clarify requirements We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience Experience with agile tools, methodologies and concepts (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, TDD) 7+ years of experience providing solutions and strategy for Salesforce programs as a Business Solutions Architect 7+ years of experience with Salesforce (Field Service and Scheduling modules) Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
