Insight Global is seeking a remote Telecom Project Manager for one of our clients in the telecom industry. This role involves defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables, working closely with stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. You will coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and tracking progress against established milestones. As a client-facing role, effective communication with clients and stakeholders is key. You will provide regular updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback to ensure alignment with client expectations and project requirements. Additionally, you will liaise between clients and vendors, working closely with telecom carriers to manage services and ensure seamless integration. Understanding move, add, change, and disconnect (MACD) processes is vital for managing telecom services efficiently. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as a project manager in telecom industry Understanding of telecom infrastructure, services, and carriers, including move, add, change, and disconnect (MACD) processes Experience communicating effectively with clients Proficiency in allocating resources and managing project expenses to meet budget constraints Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience liaising between clients and vendors Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
