We are looking for Vacation Coordinators who can design and deliver amazing travel experiences that suit our customers' needs, preferences, and budget.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or video call to understand their vacation goals, preferences, and budget.Research, compare, and select travel products and services such as flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, activities, etc. from our network of trusted partners.Create and present vacation proposals, itineraries, quotes, and other documents to customers.Handle any changes, cancellations, or issues that may arise before, during, or after the vacation.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.To be successful as a Vacation Coordinator, you should have:
A high school diploma or equivalent.Preferred but not required - 2 years of experience in the travel industry or a similar customer-facing role.A passion for travel and a willingness to learn about new destinations and cultures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in other languages is an advantage.Proficiency in using online booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.A reliable internet connection and a laptop/computer.A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
