Summary

Your main responsibility will be developing and reviewing financial models to facilitate management investment decisions. You'll focus on modeling project returns, optimizing capital structure, and identifying risks and opportunities. Effectively presenting analytical findings, you'll communicate key insights to stakeholders. Providing support to transaction leads, you'll participate in negotiations for debt and tax equity financings, acquisitions, and sales.

What you'll be doing

• You'll be responsible for building and reviewing financial models to support management investment decisions, with a focus on modelling project returns, optimising capital structure, identifying risks and potential upside
• Present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner
• You'll be responsible for leading due diligence and managing third-party deliverables through deal processes
• You will also support transaction leads in negotiating definitive documentation for debt and tax equity financings, acquisitions, and opportunistic sales across both new projects and existing portfolios of projects in development, under construction, or in operation

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should have at least three to five years of experience, including experience in financial modelling and project finance transactions. Experience in the renewable energy space is strongly preferred
• A record of academic and professional achievement, well-developed communication skills
• The ability to collaborate well with a small team, proven organisational acumen when working on multiple projects, and a high level of motivation and initiative are all vital to this role
