Renovation General Laborer - Landmark Aquatic : Job Details

With offices in Houston, Texas, Denver, CO, St. Louis, MO, Kansas City, MO, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix, AZ and Austin, TX, our Landmark team has built a strong reputation for honing customer relationships - for LIFE.Job Responsibilities:We are looking for skilled, reliable laborers with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn our unique construction process from our talented team and grow with our company.* Assist with site layout, measurement, excavation, plumbing, backfilling, forming, steel tying, concrete placement, rigging, and installation.* Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.* Safely operate a variety of tools, including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, and various hand tools* Safely operate heavy equipment* Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding)* Follow all safety regulations and ensure proper PPE is worn.* Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.Requirements:* MUST HAVE one (1) year of construction experience* Must be able to regularly travel and work out of town* Must be able to utilize air transportation* Must have a valid driver's license.* Prompt and punctual attendance to the shop or job site is required* Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (e.g. standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 80 pounds etc.)* Pass background and drug screening* Be able to pass a drug test and be subject to random drug testing* Good hand-eye coordination* Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery* Communication and teamwork skills* Commitment to safety rules* Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset but not necessary
