REPE Senior Associate - Acquisitions (Multifamily) | NYC - Gresham Hunt : Job Details

Gresham Hunt are delighted to be exclusively supporting a vertically integrated Real Estate Private Equity firm, specializing within multifamily as they search for a Senior Associate to join their acquisitions team based in NYC.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in Multifamily Acquisitions across the Southeast, Northeast, Midwest or Texas markets.
• Bachelors or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in using ARGUS, Excel, CoStar, and other relevant software to create financial models and conduct market analysis for distressed assets
• Experience negotiating legal docs; LOI's, term sheets, purchase agreements, & JV's
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including investments, legal, design, and construction
• Residing in or willing to relocate to New York City
