Third is the people – passionate, optimistic, and energetic.Replenishment Specialist/Analysts partner with a variety of cross-functional teams including Merchandising Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Suppliers, Logistics and Store Operations to manage product inventory replenishment throughout our entire company. You will follow current replenishment policies and practices in support of our in-stock and inventory productivity targets as well as driving meaningful change throughout our growing company!This position is HIGHLY analytical in nature, leveraging a wide array of current and future technology. Advanced data manipulation and problem-solving skills are required in this fast-paced position. IT'S Exciting!Candy DiplomacyBe the go-to liaison between the Home Office, Stores, and Supplier PartnersOptimize inventory levels through intelligent replenishment and inventory balancing techniquesPartner with Compliance and Inventory Control for any inventory-related challengesActively follow-up on all open purchase orders and tracking to ensure timely delivery to storesReconcile, clean-up and communicate all past due purchase orders to the TeamParticipate in a variety of OneBBX Culture-Building OpportunitiesBegin to participate in cross-functional team assignments and meetingsBegin to participate in supplier partner meetingsSweet StrategyUse your keen understanding of business operations and intelligence to support and enhance our sales strategyParticipate in regular weekly Team meetings to share knowledge, discuss the overall business trends, opportunities and risks, and develop actions to drive the businessAssist in the identification of product inventory opportunities and risksProvide detailed review of inventory stockouts and develop actionable correction strategiesConduct regular store visits to evaluate merchandise presentation, inventory levels and flow, offering support to all operational initiatives and adjustmentsAssist in regular assortment evaluation and reviewAssist with creation and distribution of a variety of weekly reporting as assignedPerformance ConfectionsDive into data analytics to understand and improve upon success metricsTrack the performance of product styles and assist in future demand forecastingCraft messages and reports that present clear and compelling resultsBuild upon an understanding of a wide variety of store size/types/volumes/capacitiesDeadline DelicaciesManage deadlines like a pro through effective time-managementEnsure store delivery logistics meet the demand for the companyAssist in flawless execution of product launches in partnership with Marketing, Merchandising, Suppliers and LogisticsLayer and reprioritize tasks based on urgency and impact while remaining cool under pressureWhat you need to join the fun!
