• The primary responsibility of the Report Coordinator I will be to write research reports for studies performed at Altasciences, both GLP and non-GLP studies. The Report Coordinator I will ensure that all reports accurately depict the conduct of the study according to the raw data and protocol and will require a reasonable amount of supervision. The Report Coordinator I will assist the Study Director throughout the lifetime of the study report from study termination through report finalization.

What You'll Do Here:

• Maintain competency in the current Altasciences Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and GLP regulations.
• Review draft protocols for reporting requirements, formatting, content, and clarity.
• Write the materials and methods section for reports by closely following the protocol and by verifying documented procedures.
• Add tables to reports after verifying that review of data has been performed for non-GLP studies and QA review has been performed on GLP studies.
• Work closely with Study Directors and Altasciences personnel to resolve report writing or data clarity issues.
• Review internal Contributing Scientist Reports (CSR) for Alta format and style guideline requirements.
• Peer review of the material and methods, tables, and deviation section to ensure conformity to protocol and SOP requirements.
• Assure that reports written meet Alta standards for formatting, clarity, accuracy and completeness.
• Review the Report/QA schedule of all non-clinical laboratory studies conducted and maintain timelines.
• Compile all reports for shipment including interim, draft and final reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
