Culmen International is seeking a Reporting Lead for a future Health and Human Services opportunity.
The Reporting Lead is responsible for the timely submission of all documentation and reports to the funding source and other required entities. They will maintain a flexible, organized, and efficient work schedule and is subject to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for ORR Federal data staff.
- Manage all required governmental and contractual data reporting.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Serve as the responsible party for the submission of daily reports, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness.
- Build and lead rapid response teams when necessary to meet reporting deadlines.
- Oversee the collection of information and incorporate reporting functions that meet federal and organizational requirements.
- Continually monitor the access to sensitive data throughout departments.
- Implement the submission of internal reports to assist with the compiling of information.
- Contribute to policies and procedures for managing and maintaining high quality data.
- Collaborate with department leads as needed to ensure data is being submitted accordingly.
- Collect and analyze large data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Identify areas of opportunity for data analysis and insights.
- Assist in the evacuation of youth as needed due to inclement weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen occurrences.
- Work independently, react to change productively, and handle other essential tasks as assigned while exercising a high level of confidentiality.
- Bachelors degree in social services or related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with youth, preferably in an ORR setting.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.
- Possess a valid Drivers License.
- Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.
- Ability to successfully clear a background check.
- Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.
- Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
