Job Description :
Location mile 13 pay $13 The following minimal job skills are preferred though from potential candidates: Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and report to Customers & CBP via e-mail and telephone in both English and Spanish; includes scanning of documents.
  • Keep track and address any issues, including problem resolution
  • Manage Data Requests, Data Quality and Analytics
  • reconciling post summary adjustments to dutiable value, and HTSUS Heading 9802 value.
  • Providing all reports that need to be included for cost submission.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
  • Finger dexterity to use computer keyboard, visual acuity to read computer screen.
  • Communicates effectively in English and Spanish both verbally and in writing.
  • Must possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and possesses organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work independently under extreme pressure, able to consistently exercise discretion and judgment, have complete confidentiality.
  • Possesses the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines, and must have a strong command and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Three years working experience with a licensed U.S. Customs Broker preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Flexibility in work schedule
  • Must have a clean Criminal Background check.
  • Must be able to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
  • Dependable transportation
