As a member of the Vendor Contracts unit, you will join an incredibly talented and hardworking Workforce Solutions Financial Aid Payment Office department dedicated to enrolling childcare providers in the WFS network and managing agreements to advance BakerRipley's impact in the Houston/Galveston region. Reporting to the Vendor Contracts Manager, the Vendor Contract Specialist is responsible for directly interacting with internal and external customers and vendors to determine their needs and provide Workforce Solutions services and information, including execution of vendor agreements and modifications. • Provides information and enrolls Early Learning Providers (childcare vendors) in the Workforce Solutions' vendor network.• Works collaboratively with system partners to enroll vendors, update information, and terminate agreements where applicable.• Prepares all correspondence to customers and vendors in an accurate and professional manner.• Enters customer and vendor information into Workforce Solutions MIS systems.• Creates and maintains electronic files of vendor information in chronological order according to activity dates with accuracy.• Completes requests of actions requested by career offices, the Financial Aid Support Center, and the governing board.• Takes actions on all daily, weekly, and monthly reports.• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
