Job Title: Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) PhysicianLocation: Stamford, CTOverview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Physician to join our esteemed medical team. As an REI Physician, you will specialize in diagnosing and treating patients experiencing reproductive health challenges, including infertility and hormonal disorders. You will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and couples achieve their reproductive goals through advanced medical treatments and assisted reproductive technologies.Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' reproductive health conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans based on diagnostic findings, patient history, and medical guidelines. Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures, including ultrasound evaluations, hormone assays, and genetic testing. Provide counseling and education to patients regarding their reproductive health options and treatment plans. Perform surgical procedures related to reproductive health, such as laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, embryologists, and genetic counselors, to optimize patient care outcomes. Stay updated with advancements in reproductive medicine and contribute to clinical research and publications. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation of patient encounters. Requirements: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). Active medical license in the state of practice. Proven experience in diagnosing and treating reproductive endocrinology and infertility disorders. Proficiency in performing reproductive surgeries and advanced fertility treatments, such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) and intrauterine insemination (IUI). Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathetically counsel patients and their families. Strong commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and continuous professional development. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment. Preferred Qualifications: Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Prior experience in academic or research settings related to reproductive medicine. Publication record in peer-reviewed journals or presentations at medical conferences. Benefits: Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
