Spalding Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Requirements/Data Analyst in Patuxent River, MD. Essential Functions:

• Attend customer meetings to gather, document, and analyze requirements
• Assist in converting functional requirements into technical specifications and epics, user stories, or features and input into Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• Gathers and analyzes data from databases, systems, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
• Develop/modify project plans for monitoring and tracking progress of data analysis projects
• Facilitate progress meetings to review project tasks across teams
• Work closely with software developers and data analysts to ensure understanding of and adherence to requirements and quality standards
• Measure and report project performance, status, and issues
• Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications and Experience:Required:

• 5 years combined experience in requirements analysis, project management, and/or data analysis
• Experience with MS Project

Desired:

• Experience in an IT and/or DoD environment highly desired
• Experience working with aircraft data preferred

Security Clearance:Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:Bachelor's degree preferred.
