Research Nurse (Riverside) - Irvine Clinical Research : Job Details

Riverside Clinical is hiring a Research Nurse (RN or LVN+IV) to work with our team of clinicians on studies of investigational drugs that are infused into study participants. Riverside Clinical is a part of Irvine Clinical Network, the largest independent clinical trial group on the West Coast. We are the leading West Coast group in neurology (specifically Alzheimer's Disease treatment and prevention studies); we also conduct trials in psychiatry and obesity medicine.Job Duties

• Administer study drug per protocol for several research trials, especially IV infusion studies in older adults
• Monitor post-dose participant safety per protocol
• Check vitals, perform EKGs, or perform blood draws as needed
• Produce attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original, accurate, and complete study data
• Perform study procedures in accordance with GCP and study protocols

Job Requirements

• Valid California nursing license (RN). Alternatively, valid LVN + infusion therapy certifications are acceptable.
• Demonstrated skill in IV insertion, maintenance, and removal
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision
• A command of professional spoken and written English

$83,200 - $83,200 a yearHours and CompensationThis is a full-time or part-time employment position based in-person at our clinic in Riverside, CA near Riverside Plaza mall and the 91 Freeway.The starting salary for this position is $83,200 per year or $40 per hour.Health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), and other benefits are available for eligible full-time employees.
