We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Research Program Manager to lead a large-scale externally funded consortium program. This program involves collaboration with numerous industry and academic partners. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in consortium program management, interacting with external representatives, and managing complex, multi-partner projects. The role requires exceptional communication skills, strong technical insight, and a high level of diligence and meticulousness. Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Lead and manage the consortium program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders, including industry partners, academic collaborators, and government representatives.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical insight and guidance to ensure the successful execution of complex projects.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee the integration of various project components, ensuring timely and efficient progress.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and funding requirements. Prepare and present progress reports to upper management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
