Research Technician

Location: Seattle, WA (98109)

Schedule: Full-time, 9 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $23 - $27/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and update materials and sample shipments in the system (peak time: 10 AM).
• Monitor additional packages arriving throughout the day.
• Conduct inventory and equipment calibration checks.
• Perform pipeline assays (e.g., cell thawing).
• Support lab operations (10-15% of time).
• Provide limited (5 hours/week) assistance with LIMS configuration and data management.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 6 months of lab experience.
• High school diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred).
• Prior experience with sample receiving.
• Interest in software and familiarity with LIMS (Lab Information Management Systems).
