Responsibilities
Handling guest room reservations.
Provide guest with hotel facility information and answer questions relating to the hotel and local area.
Blocking rooms.
Entering group rooming list.
Posting pre-payments.
Billing no-show reservations.
Answering incoming calls.
Handling guest mail and faxes.
Taking messages for guest
Job duties listed is not all encompassing and additional responsibilities may be required.
The hourly rate for this position is $17.00. This position is also eligible to earn overtime.

Qualifications:
Customer service experience and front desk experience preferred.
Must have good typing skills.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
