RESIDENCE MANAGER - Arc of Westchester : Job Details

Description:* Supervise operation of the residential program and all direct care staff. Ensure the residents' physical, social, medical, emotional, communication, safety, recreational, and independent living needs are addressed. Be available for crisis and emergency situations 24/7.Requirements:* Requires a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, Public or Health Administration or a related human services field plus at least 3 years of related supervisory or management experience and at least 2 years of clinical experience. OR a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field, with at least 10 years of management experience in residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities with significant administrative experience overseeing multiple residential programs.* Requires Bachelor's Degree with 1-year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or a HS Diploma with at least 3 years' experience in residential setting working with individuals with developmental disabilities. A valid NYS driver's license is required.Salary/Pay:* $34.28/hr
