Resident Assistant - Break Duty (Open to 2024-2025 RAs) - Mercy College : Job Details

Job Posting Summary

The RA will be on duty for residents at either Westchester or Manhattan campus and required to assist with the following:

* Address and resolve conflicts within the residential community, promoting open communication.

* Be aware of and respond to individual needs of residents, providing support and referrals as needed.

* Monitor and enforce residential policies to ensure a safe and secure living environment.

* Collaborate with security personnel and emergency services to respond to incidents promptly.

* Maintain accurate records of resident incidents.

* Communicate effectively with the professional Residential Life staff.

* Assist with mail delivery for the residential population, as needed.

Qualifications

This role is only open for 2024-2025 academic year Resident Assistants.
