Provides assistance for campers that need an extra support system while at camp. Supporting camper situations that surround behaviors, special needs, and diverse learning abilities. Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes camper safety and engagement. Provides a quality experience to children and parents focused on youth development including the YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, caring, and faith.Minimum Requirements:High school graduate or equivalent; one year or more of college preferred.At least 18 years of age.Prefer 2 years previous experience working in a camp setting and 1 year of supervisory experience.CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Child Abuse Prevention trainings.Previous experience with diverse populations preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
