Resident Care Assistant - Woodlands at Canterfield : Job Details

The Woodlands at Canterfield, an assisted living community in West Dundee, Illinois, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. We have availability for all shifts, with differentials for weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities and medication reminders
• Observe and report any physical or cognitive changes in residents
• Engage residents in leisure activities and provide companionship
• Support dining services and general housekeeping
• Adhere to all policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-2+ years of caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to show compassion and empathy toward residents
