Job Description Job Opportunity: Resident Care Assistants at Galleria Woods Location: Hoover, Alabama Unit: 24-bed Assisted Living Unit Position: Temporary Full Time Per Diem Resident Care Assistant Shifts Available:
- Weekday and every other weekend: 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.
- Pay Rate: $12.50 - $13.25 per hour

- Prefer current nursing assistant certification (CNA) in the state of Alabama.
- Current CPR and first aid certifications are a plus.
- One or more years of experience as a CNA or Resident Care Associate.
- Must enjoy working with the senior population.
- Ability to pass a drug and criminal background check.
- Excellent attendance record.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans.
- Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments.
- Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to the supervisor.
- Promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations.
