We use a multidisciplinary approach to help them thrive.As a Resident Care Attendant, you'll support residents under Nurse Managers, delivering personalized care to enrich their lives.Schedule: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Part-time & Full-time available)Responsibilities:
- Supervise residents and ensure safe, quality care
- Engage residents in therapeutic activities
- Assist with lifting and transferring
- Support on-site and off-site activities
- Maintain a clean, organized environment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR/Basic Life Support certification (training provided)
- CNA Certification preferred
Skills:
- Strong emotional intelligence and judgment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and integrity in care situations
