How you will make an impact as an Assistant Resident Care Director: As an Assistant Resident Care Director, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents. You will lead, schedule, and monitor the performance of caregivers to ensure high-quality care delivery while advocating for the needs of residents and their family members. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be key as you coordinate move-ins, address concerns, and maintain a customer service and resident-focused approach. By effectively managing time, solving problems proactively, and holding yourself and your team accountable, you will foster a collaborative environment that promotes excellence in care. Your leadership in staff training and development will support improved outcomes and resident satisfaction, making a meaningful impact on our community.Schedule:
  • Weekdays
  • On-call 24/7 for staffing needs
  • Able to cover for resident needs when unstaffed
  • Rotating MOD weekend
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in supervision of employees (Required)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the Senior Care Industry (Required)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in staffing and scheduling (Preferred)
  • High school diploma (Required)
