Resident Services Director - Benedictine Health System : Job Details

This position will assist with resident and family communication and will assist with the supervision and direction of associates assisting residents in independent and assisted living communities. Assists residents, and/or tenants, with their physical and/or psycho-social needs. Ensure that resident and family needs are met through one-to-one visits, scheduled resident/family meetings or care conferences, and providing resources and connections to community services and education. Assists Executive Director/ Housing Director in lease signings, lease violations, tenant issues, basic tours of the community, and ongoing follow-up. Responsibilities Assists in the implementation of the community goals in alignment with the Benedictine Strategic Plan.
