- Transfer residents in/out of vehicle and accompany residents to designated appointment area in a courteous manner
- Adhere to the residents' appointment time schedule
- Maintain a daily transportation log and submit documentation to Resident Transportation Director
- Report any vehicle deficiencies or repair needed to Resident Transportation Director (deficiencies must be corrected before transporting residents)
- Maintain open communication
- Access and maintain confidential information/records properly
- Follow established rules and regulations for vehicle operation established by Wisconsin Department of Transportation
- Project a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, coworkers, public
