Qualifies as a Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA); Mental Health Professional (MHP) is preferred; experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or disabilities is preferred.Residential Aide Special Requirements: Maintain and provide proof of a valid driver's license; maintain and provide proof of personal vehicle liability insurance; at least 21 years of age; must complete required registry clearances and criminal fingerprint background checks; maintains CPR & First Aid training requirements.Residential Aide Skills & Knowledge: Skilled in the delivery of rehabilitative services to adults; knowledge of local health and human services resources; basic crisis intervention and conflict resolution techniques; excellent written and oral communication skills; basic computer skills.Shift:Full-time 40 hours.
