Residential and Commercial Shower and Mirror Crew Foreman:MT Contracting, Inc., a leading glass and glazing company, is looking to add a Foreman-level Heavy Plate Shower Door Installer. We proudly serve as a subcontractor for numerous general contractors on projects in Big Sky and the Gallatin Valley.Responsibilities:Measure and design shower enclosuresMeasure and design custom mirrors for our manufacturing facility to fabricateSupervise and assist the installation teamOrganize tools and materials for each jobManage work orders for daily tasksCapture field photos for documentationQualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lift 75+ lbsClean driving record3+ years of relevant experience preferredStrong problem-solving skills, including defining issues, generating solutions, implementing changes, and following upWhat We're Looking For:We are seeking someone who is strong, determined, and a good leader.
