Job Summary:

• The LTC-Residential Assistant is accountable for assisting with personal care to residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Follows proper procedure in performing medication administration according to policy and procedure.
• Performs housekeeping duties to maintain a sanitary, orderly and attractive environment.

Education and/or Experience/Licensure

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support Certification required within six (6) months of hire.
• Completion of medication administration training required with six (6) months of hire.

Work Schedule

• Day/Evening Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm & 2:00pm-10:30pm; PRN (as needed)
  • Weekends: 1 per a month
  • Holidays: 1 winter and 1 summer

PayThe hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $18.25 - $24.00 per hour
