Job Title: Residential Cleaner Responsibilities:Deep clean kitchen, bathrooms, common areas in two apartmentsLight clean of residents personal bedroomsSweep, mop, and wash floorsVacuum carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surfaceDust photos/frames/cabinets/fridge, tables, etc.Scrubbing and sanitizing all relevant surfacesHandling all furniture and appliances carefullyWash windows, mirrors and glass surfaces and ensure they are free of streaks Requirements:Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.Ability to stand, sit, and stoop for long periods.Ability to maintain a positive attitude.Ability to maintain confidentiality of residents.Capable of following instructions and learn new techniquesStrong time management skills in order to ensure all work is completed by the end of shiftDemonstrate an understanding of standard cleaning supplies and equipmentSelf-starter who takes the initiative to determine and complete necessary tasks, even with minimal supervisionPositive attitude and ability to work as part of a teamMust be physically capable of performing 4-6 hours of physical work each dayAble to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods of timePossess a strong attention to detailMust be able to pass a background check HOURS: 2x month, 4-6 hours/each time COMPENSATION: $60/hour
