We currently have openings for morning, afternoon, and evening/overnight shifts, and we are eager to hire immediately. Responsibilities: • Extend a warm welcome and acknowledge all residents while announcing their guests with grace and poise. • Provide exceptional resident services, including accepting and retrieving packages and dry-cleaning, offering transportation options, recommending service vendors, making restaurant reservations, and fulfilling any additional requests promptly. • Through your impeccable appearance, outstanding performance, and service-oriented mindset, consistently project an image that enhances the property's allure. • Adhere strictly to formal operating policies and procedures, which encompass customer service techniques and emergency response protocols. • Ensure that property rules and regulations are consistently upheld.
