Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve any design or construction issues. Maintain constant communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Develop and maintain project schedules, manage resources, and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle. . The Successful Applicant 5 year's experience in Commercial Construction Project Management. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred. Should have a background in residential interiors, gut, demolition, trades and millwork. OSHA certification preferred. Proficient in project management software.
