The Project Manager will play a vital role in ensuring projects are executed flawlessy from start to finish. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Lead Designers and Home Owners during the early stages of the project to determine feasibility of execution.
• Managing field crew and subcontractor schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Performing quality control duties and responsibilities regarding work being performed.
• Ensuring that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
• Directing and coordinating work in the field in accordance with plans and specifications.
