This role combines the opportunity to gain hands-on technical experience while having the support you need to continue to grow professionally, empowering you to make a lasting career in the electrical field.Key Responsibilities

• Install wiring on new construction homes
• Replace faulty wires and parts and ensure that the new ones are in proper working order
• Install a variety of electrical system components such as lighting, switches, circuits, panels and outlets
• Identify hazards or defects in electrical systems by performing periodic inspections
• Plan layout of electrical wiring and equipment keeping in mind local building codes and project specifications
• Direct the work of apprentices to ensure that work orders are handled properly

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Knowledge of electrical plans and local codes
• 2 plus years' experience in Residential electrical construction
• Clean driving history
• Poses and maintain required tools
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent
