Typically aimed at sophomores or juniors who have completed a combination of introductory and advanced coursework.Job SummaryServe as a facilitator by promoting interactions that educate and support establishing peace in on-campus housing through Residential Living. Primary Responsibilities

• Serve and collaborate as a member of the Residential Living Council to develop content, materials and events to support Residential Living.
• Educate students, staff and ecclesiastical members about the Principles of Residential Living.
• Be both self-directed in independent projects and able to work collaboratively with partners/groups.
• Positively interact with diverse populations and participate in intentional engagement with student residents.
• Be sensitive to and respect confidential concerns.
• Be familiar with and able to refer students, when necessary, to appropriate resources and services.
• Be professional in appearance and interactions.

EducationLower Division Courses Completed.Preference

• At least a two-semester commitment to this position within Student Living.
• English Proficient.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.

Work Experience8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with possible evening hours or when needed.Base Rate Per Hour:14.00
