Schedule: Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 3:00pm-11:30pm

Optimum Performance Institute is a leading provider of adolescent and young adults behavioral health services dedicated to enhancing the mental well-being of individuals and communities. Responsibilities:
- Build trusting relationships with residents, offering guidance and mentorship for personal and social development.
- Help residents set and achieve goals in emotional regulation, independence, and vocational skills.
- Plan and lead group activities that encourage community engagement and skill development.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive treatment and support.
- Monitor resident participation in programs, ensuring safety and progress, and provide crisis intervention when needed.
- Document and report on residents' progress and challenges, maintaining detailed records and actively participating in meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Were looking for a candidate whos ready to drive success! You must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record eligible for company-paid auto insurance to qualify for this role.
- At least two years of experience in a residential setting, mental health facility, or related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with young adults from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with mental health conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
