Requirements for Residential Plumbing Helper (included, but not limited to):

• Willingness to learn and apply learned knowledge.
• Flexible and adaptable to serve the plumbing team and our customers.
• Adaptable and willing to learn all sides of the plumbing business, including commercial and warehouse jobs.
• Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations.

• Independent and able to work in a timely manner, with a goal to always ensure the job is done correctly the first time.
• Capability to follow written and verbal directions as given by lead, managers, and leadership.
• Ability to communicate with lead technician and customers to ensure they understand the work being completed while also giving them ability to make the right decision for their system.
